Amongst the splendors of Canada’s west coast, in the Western Communities of greater Victoria, on the waterfront facing the ocean and the Olympic Mountains, a new kind of residential resort is emerging. The village of Pacific Landing will redefine for you an entirely new way of life, something we have come to describe as Vitality Living. The village will have an assortment of residential options, commercial facilities (such as a green grocer, a pharmacy and retail shops), a medical centre, a health and wellness facility, a long-term stay boutique hotel, a farm fresh restaurant and several festival and arts facilities. But living at Pacific Landing is to be about finding and creating; finding yourself and creating a community. It starts with the Coast Collective art facility. It teaches you the art of self-expression and then helps you exhibit your work. Beyond art, much more is to come as the village develops.
The village is to be a place to find your passion and follow your interests; the things that you always wanted to do but may not have had the time. But life is not a solo journey. Pacific Landing is about building communities; communities of like interest and common objectives.
We are not the only ones that have seen this emerging need. View the CBC documentary Boomer Revolution.
